Here is an inventive idea for your leftovers this Thanksgiving -Turkushi™. Yes we are making sushi style leftovers from our Thanksgiving meal. This may become a new Thanksgiving tradition for you. Also, it’s really really good.

Thanksgiving Leftovers Recipe Ingredients
Leftovers from Thanksgiving: mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, cranberry sauce, and gravy.
Potatoes- use a tablespoon & fork to form small potato patties. Fry in butter or vegetable oil on medium high until browned. Approximately two (2) minutes per side.
Reheat: stuffing, turkey, and gravy.
Assembly
Cut a piece of turkey the size of a tablespoon. Place potato patty on the turkey. Scoop a dollup of stuffing and place on fried potato. Assemble on a plate and microwave or heat in a skillet. Scoop a 1/4 teaspoon of cranberry and place on top of the turkey. Repeat.
Eat as a finger food or with chopsticks. Dip in gravy. Enjoy. Redneck Sushi™
